Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky na služby je zajištění komplexní pravidelné servisní péče zdvihacích zařízení výrobce KONE a výrobce Schmitt+Sohn (dále také jen „výtahů“ nebo „zařízení“) v objektech IKEM za účelem zabezpečení jejich řádného a nepřetržitého fungování, která spočívá v pravidelné preventivní údržbě, odborných prohlídkách, nonstop dispečinku, pečlivé vedení Knihy odborných prohlídek výtahu v papírové podobě, vedení elektronické knihy výtahů, v provozních prohlídkách a provádění odstraňování běžných a provozních poruch, plánovaných oprav, včetně zajištění náhradních dílů (dále také „ND“) a ostatních potřebných materiálů k odstranění poruch, včetně provádění potřebného školení oprávněných, resp. určených osob zadavatele a spočívající v dalších činnostech a službách s tím souvisejících dalších činností, a to po dobu 48 měsíců. Aktuální seznam zdvihacích zařízení/výtahů pro předmět plnění je uveden v Příloze č. 4 ZP. Výtahy musí po dobu užívání, resp. po dobu platnosti smlouvy uzavřené na základě výsledků této veřejné zakázky, splňovat technické předpoklady stanovené výrobcem a svou funkčností, činností nesmí ohrozit přepravu osob. Zadavatel si vyhrazuje právo uvedený počet zdvihacích zařízení měnit, s ohledem na potřeby provozu zadavatele.
