Description

Účelem veřejné zakázky je uzavření rámcové dohody s jedním dodavatelem, jejímž předmětem bude nákup licencí a poskytování služby maintenance k systému SAP. Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je tedy zejména poskytování služeb spočívajících v: a) zajištění práv užití systému SAP prostřednictvím poskytnutí licencí k programovému vybavení systému SAP, jejichž podmínky jsou stanoveny v závazném návrhu rámcové dohody a jeho přílohách („Licence SAP“); b) maintenance systému SAP spočívající v poskytování podpory systému SAP v režimu SAP Standard Support, jejíž podmínky jsou stanoveny v závazném návrhu rámcové dohody a jeho přílohách („Maintenance SAP“). Záměrem zadavatele je zajistit s pomocí těchto služeb řádné fungování stávajících a nově dokoupených licencí SAP v prostředí zadavatele. Předmět plnění této veřejné zakázky je podrobněji specifikován v závazném návrhu rámcové dohody, který tvoří přílohu č. 3 zadávací dokumentace („závazný návrh rámcové dohody“). Blíže viz ZD.
