Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je dodávka, montáž a instalace nového zdroje elektrické energie - odběratelské trafostanice (DTS) - v souvislosti s revitalizací objektu CŠJ Lovosice, a to z důvodu navýšení stávajícího nedostatečného příkonu z distribuční sítě NN na požadovanou hodnotu. Předmět veřejné zakázky zahrnuje dodávku nové odběratelské trafostanice a související montážní, instalační, zemní a další práce. Zadavatel určil jako hlavní předmět veřejné zakázky dodávky, neboť základním účelem veřejné zakázky je pořízení kompletní nové odběratelské trafostanice jako uceleného technologického zařízení způsobilého zajistit požadované navýšení příkonu objektu CŠJ Lovosice. Trafostanice je pořizována jako převážně výrobcem předem zhotovený a kompletovaný technologický celek, který je následně dopraven na místo plnění, osazen, zapojen a uveden do provozu. Stavební, zemní, montážní a další související činnosti prováděné v místě plnění mají ve vztahu k pořízení trafostanice podpůrný charakter a slouží zejména k umožnění jejího osazení, připojení a řádného provozu. Tomuto závěru odpovídá rovněž skladba předpokládané hodnoty veřejné zakázky. Z celkové předpokládané hodnoty připadá přibližně 96 %, na ucelenou dodávku nové trafostanice včetně její montáže. Samostatně vyčíslené náklady na uzemnění, zemní práce a ostatní související činnosti představují dohromady pouze cca 4 % předpokládané hodnoty veřejné zakázky. Zadavatel proto s ohledem na základní účel veřejné zakázky a charakter jejího převažujícího plnění posoudil veřejnou zakázku jako veřejnou zakázku na dodávky ve smyslu § 14 odst. 1 ve spojení s § 15 ZZVZ. Podrobná specifikace předmětu zakázky a požadovaného plnění je stanovena dokumentací pro provádění stavby a soupisem stavebních prací, dodávek a služeb s výkazem výměr, a tvoří přílohu č. 1 a 2 zadávací dokumentace.
