Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je poskytnutí telekomunikačních služeb mobilního operátora (dále také „služby“ nebo „telekomunikační služby“) pro Olomoucký kraj a jeho příspěvkové organizace. Telekomunikační služby budou poskytovány na základě Rámcové smlouvy, která bude uzavřena s jedním poskytovatelem telekomunikačních služeb. Předmětem poskytovaných služeb je mimo jiné uzavírání a plnění účastnických smluv, a dále úprava podmínek týkajících se poskytování telekomunikačních služeb účastníků zadavatelům. Není vyloučeno, že někteří objednatelé přistoupí k rámcové smlouvě později z důvodu ukončení závazku s dosavadním operátorem
