Předmětem veřejné zakázky je uzavření smluv za účelem zajištění komunikační platformy pro Bezpečnostní dohledové centrum („KP MSDC“), kdy zadavatel Moravskoslezské datové centrum, p. o. (dále jen „MSDC“), má záměr, v rámci poskytování služeb určeným příspěvkovým organizacím Moravskoslezského kraje, vybudovat bezpečnostní dohledové centrum, jehož provoz bude zajištěn v režimu sdílené služby Vytvoření, dodání a implementace komunikační platformy pro Bezpečnostní dohledové centrum zadavatele, včetně zajištění licencí, konfigurace, integrací, dokumentace, školení, uvedení do pilotního a produkčního provozu a související podpory a rozvoje, vše dle Technické specifikace a Smlouvy.; Poskytování služby elektronických komunikací specifikované v Technické specifikaci po dobu 4 let dle Smlouvy.
