Description

Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky „Modernizace trati Praha-Výstaviště - Praha Dejvice - I. Etapa - Tunel“ je: a) Zhotovení Projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby dráhy (PDPS) v režimu BIM, která rozpracuje a vymezí požadavky na stavbu do podrobností, které specifikují předmět Díla v takovém rozsahu, aby byla podkladem pro výběrové řízení na zhotovení stavby, včetně posouzení shody nebo vhodnosti pro použití prvku interoperability či ES prohlášení o ověření subsystému oznámeným subjektem. b) Zpracování Díla v režimu BIM a vytvoření Informačního modelu BIM dle SOD Přílohy č. 11 BIM protokol, včetně všech jeho příloh. Informační model je součást Díla a bude zpracováván, projednávám a odevzdáván průběžně a společně s ostatními částmi Díla podle přílohy č. 4 SOD - Rozpis ceny Předmětu Smlouvy a Harmonogram. c) Zhotovení Aktualizace záměru projektu (AZP) podle Pravidel přípravy a realizace akcí dopravní infrastruktury financovaných Státním fondem dopravní infrastruktury (dále jen „Pravidla MD“). Rozsah tohoto plnění si Objednatel vyhrazuje jako změnu závazku ze smlouvy v souladu s ustanovením § 100 odst. 1 ZZVZ. Plnění bude Zhotovitel realizovat na základě pokynu Objednatele při překročení předpokládaných investičních nákladů o 10 % anebo při zásadních změnách technického řešení stavby. Rozsah zpracování AZP bude pro úsek Praha-Výstaviště (mimo) - Praha-Veleslavín (mimo). d) Výkon Dozoru projektanta při provádění stavby. Bližší specifikace předmětu plnění veřejné zakázky je upravena v dalších částech zadávací dokumentace.
