Zhotovení úplné projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby v rozsahu dokumentace pro zadání veřejné zakázky na stavební práce dle ust. § 92 ZZVZ včetně vypracování soupisu stavebních prací, dodávek a služeb s výkazem výměr a kontrolního rozpočtu a spolupráce se zadavatelem při zadávacím řízení na stavbu (zejm. vysvětlování či úpravy projektové dokumentace), a dále výkon autorského dozoru při následném provádění stavby dle ust. § 161 odst. 2 zákona č. 283/2021, stavebního zákona, včetně související inženýrské (obstaravatelské) činnost. DVZ se vztahuje k budoucí novostavbě objektu základní školy na pozemcích ve vlastnictví hlavního města Prahy - par. č. 937/8, 938/4, 939/3, 939/4, 940/1, 940/2, 1814/1, 1814/3, 1814/4, 1814/5, 1814/7, 1814/10, 1983, 1985 v k.ú. Vysočany; stavbou bude rozšířen stávající areál základní a mateřské školy U Elektry I o novou samostatnou školní budovu o kapacitě 27 tříd pro 810 žáků včetně napojení na stávající dopravní a technickou infrastrukturu. Navrhovaný objekt bude sloužit pro školství a vzdělání dětí a mládeže.
