Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je vypracování komplexní projektové dokumentace pro stavbu „Horní Libochová, Kundratice - odkanalizování a připojení na ČOV Křižanov“ a zajištění související inženýrské a majetkoprávní činnosti. Plnění zahrnuje: Přípravné a geodetické práce dle bodu A/ Přílohy č. 1 Smlouvy na zpracování projektové dokumentace (dále také jen „Smlouva“). Vypracování podkladů pro jednání s vlastníky dle bodu B/ Přílohy č. 1 Smlouvy. Projednání stavby a zajištění smluv o smlouvách budoucích o zřízení věcného břemene dle bodu C/ Přílohy č. 1 Smlouvy. Zpracování dokumentace pro povolení stavby dle bodu D/ Přílohy č. 1 Smlouvy. Zajištění inženýrské činnosti dle bodu E/ Přílohy č. 1 Smlouvy. Dále viz zadávací dokumentace.
