Předmětem plnění této veřejné zakázky jsou stavební úpravy objektu stravování a mimoškolní výchovy Základní školy Sever spočívající ve stavebních úpravách v podzemním a 1. nadzemním podlaží související s provozem stravování. V podzemním podlaží dochází k úpravám vyvolaným změnou dispozičního uspořádání a funkčního využití jednotlivých prostorů, zejména se jedná o nové hygienické zázemí pro pracovníky a denní místnost. Nové chladící a mrazící prostory jsou navrženy v místě původních. Je navržen nový výtah pro dopravu surovin mezi podzemním a 1. nadzemním podlažím. Předmětem realizace stavebních úprav v 1. nadzemním podlaží jsou varny, výdejny a prostory pro mytí nádobí vyvolané novým řešením uspořádání přípravy a výdeje obědů a novou technologií sběru a mytí nádobí. Součástí prací je i statické zajištění stropní konstrukce pod varnou. V prostoru jídelny dochází ke stavebním úpravám v souvislosti s novým řešením vzduchotechniky celého provozu. Dále jsou v jídelně navržena opatření, jejichž účelem je dosažení akustické pohody při provozu jídelny. Součástí stavebních úprav je nové řešení rozvodů technických zařízení budov v podzemním podlaží vyvolané novým uspořádáním technologie v prostoru kuchyně a nevyhovujícím stavem s ohledem na jejich stáří. Součástí předmětu veřejné zakázky je i poskytování záručního servisu.
