Stávající areál sportovní haly Chrudim se nachází v centrální části města Chrudim na Tyršově náměstí. Areál je ohraničen Tyršovým náměstím, Michalským parkem a ulicemi Opletalova a Sladkovského. Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky na stavební práce v rámci etapy II. a III. jsou stavební práce týkající se novostavby Sporthotelu a spojovacího krčku, rekonstrukce Tyršova domu, novostavby parkovacího domu, stavební úpravy sportovní haly. Součástí předmětu zakázky je stavba navazujících okolních zpevněných ploch, přípojek a vnitřního vedení inženýrských sítí a zeleně.
