Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je zateplení vybraných bytových domů na náměstí Budovatelů v Sokolově. Předmětem etapy č. 1 je pouze výměna oken, dveří a zateplení fasády včetně balkonů u bytových domů č. p. 1423 - 1426 (čelní fasáda, směr do náměstí Budovatelů) - viz schéma jednotlivých etap níže. Bytové domy jsou ve vlastnictví města Sokolov a jsou trvale obývány nájemníky. Veřejná zakázka je zadávána v součtovém režimu s veřejnými zakázkami, jejichž předmětem jsou další etapy zateplení bytových domů na náměstí Budovatelů v Sokolově (č. p. 1421 - 1428 a č. p. 1404-1407). Tyto veřejné zakázky budou realizovány postupně v následujících letech.
