Description

Předmětem zakázky je v Hrusicích připojení na VDJ Peleška a v Senohrabech technická opatření na vodovodní síti dle projektových dokumentací. Zadavatel v rámci zadávacího řízení zastupuje další zadavatele dle smlouvy o společném zadávání a dle §7 zákona č. 134/2016 Sb., o zadávání veřejných zakázek s tím, že výsledkem toho řízení bude uzavření dvou smluv o dílo s vybraným dodavatelem. Jedna smlouva bude uzavřena se zadavatelem Obec Hrusice, který čerpá na realizaci dotační prostředky z NPŽP a druhá smlouva s objednatelem Společná voda s.r.o. Podrobně je předmět plnění (zakázky) vymezen v přiložených projektových dokumentacích a výkazech výměr. Realizace veřejné zakázky bude probíhat za plného provozu.
