Předmětem veřejné zakázky je rekonstrukce a stavební úpravy areálu bývalé pavilonové školy pro nové využití jako inovačně-podnikatelské centrum Ústeckého kraje, zahrnující demolice vybraných objektů a spojovacích krčků, kompletní rekonstrukci čtyř stávajících pavilonů včetně dvou nástaveb, jedné boční přístavby a dostavby mezi dvěma objekty, konverzi dvou tělocvičen na konferenční sály se zázemím, vybudování dopravní a parkovací infrastruktury včetně dobíjecích stanic, úpravy venkovních ploch a parku, a dále zajištění podkladů pro vedení DTM dle vyhlášky č. 393/2020 Sb. a plnění prostřednictvím metody BIM (DIMS, CDE, BEP).
