Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je dostavba nového pavilonu Centrálního příjmu regionální nemocnice Stod. Nový pavilon je navržen jako dvoupodlažní. V podzemním podlažím je umístěna základna Zdravotnické záchranné služby Plzeňského kraje a technické zázemí Nemocnice. Na střeše pavilonu je v ustoupené formě II.NP umístěna strojovna VZT a klimatizace. Hmota nového pavilonu navazuje na stávající vstupní část nemocnice. Pavilon je založen na velkoprůměrových pilotách, na kterých bude realizován železobetonový skelet tvořený převážně sloupy s plochými hlavicemi, doplněnými ztužujícími stěnovými prvky a vertikálou výtahové a schodišťové věže. Svislé nosné konstrukce a obvodový plášť budovy budou realizovány rovněž z železobetonu. Fasádní plášť nového pavilonu je navržen s tepelnou izolací a ušlechtilou minerální omítkou, celý systém v provedení souvrství a detailů a napojení v kvalitě ETICS. Střešní plášť bude tvořit souvrství na nosné železobetonové stropní desce, tvořené parozábranou, tepelně izolační vrstvou a hydroizolační střešní fólií. Vnitřní dispozice budou realizovány převážně z montovaných dělících příček ze sádrokartonových desek. Všechny prostory budou vybaveny zavěšenými podhledy. Okenní výplně v nové části budou provedeny z hliníkových profilů zasklené trojskly, osazené interiérovými žaluziemi.
