Předmětem veřejné zakázky je zhotovení díla spočívající ve stavebních úpravách stavby stávajícího objektu školní kuchyně VOŠ, SŠ, ZŠ a MŠ Štefánikova z důvodu úspory energií tak, aby byla splněna minimální úspora 30 % roční spotřeby primární energie z neobnovitelných zdrojů oproti původnímu stavu na řešeném technologickém uzlu. Předmětem veřejné zakázky je také zajištění prostředků povinné publicity, spočívajících v dodávce a instalaci stálé pamětní desky a celobarevného billboardu.
