Kompletní výměna stávající vestavby čistých prostor za nový modulární systém, výměna stěnového systému, propustí, dveří, pharma prosklení, podlahy, podhledů, svítidel, laminárních podstropních boxů, koncových prvků vzduchotechniky (včetně nerezových mřížek ve stěnách), vzduchotechnické jednotky včetně úpravy rozvodů, elektroinstalace, systému MaR, slaboproudých rozvodů, nového datového rozvaděče, vybavení datové rozvodny klimatizací, dále rozvodů - WFI vody, chlazené vody a čisté páry, dodání speciálního vybavení interiérovými prvky, které jsou součástí stavby, včetně dalších navazujících profesí. Součástí vestavby budou technologické prvky zejména prokládací autokláv 73 l - 1ks, a horkovzdušné prokládací sterilizátory - 3ks.
