Description

Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky jsou stavební práce - opravy a údržba místních komunikací a komunikací pro pěší ve správě města Nový Bor - zadávané na základě rámcové dohody na dobu 4 let s předpokládanou dobou plnění od 1. 4. 2025 do 31. 3. 2029. Předmět plnění veřejné zakázky bude realizován průběžně podle potřeb zadavatele na základě postupu stanoveného v Rámcové dohodě. Zadavatel není povinen požadovat plnění všech předpokládaných položek uvedených v položkovém rozpočtu (příloha č. 4 ZD). Vybranému dodavateli tak nevzniká právo na jakoukoliv kompenzaci či náhradu újmy vůči zadavateli a nevzniká mu též právo odstoupit od Rámcové dohody.
