Předmět plnění veřejné zakázky je rozdělen na Dílčí veřejné zakázky, které budou postupně plněny jedním z dodavatelů Rámcové dohody vybraným v zadávacím řízením na dodavatele Dílčí veřejné zakázky.Předmětem plnění celé veřejné zakázky zastřešené Rámcovou dohodou je vybudování sítí s velmi vysokou kapacitou, jež umožní spolehlivý přístup k službám elektronických komunikací pro přístup k internetu koncovým uživatelům. Projekt plánuje pokrýt kombinací optické a radiové technologie celkem 34 lokalit (základních sídelních jednotek - ZSJ) a konkrétně 2137 adresních míst.
