Základní předmět Díla pro část „Energetika“ je definován seznamem objektů, které jsou uvedeny v příloze č. 7.1.1 Zvláštních technických podmínek (Díl 2, Část 8 Zadávací dokumentace). Investiční akce je rozdělena celkem na tři samostatné zakázky - Infrastruktura, Energetika a Zabezpečovací a sdělovací zařízení, které tvoří funkční celek. Bližší specifikace předmětu plnění Veřejné zakázky je upravena v dalších částech zadávací dokumentace.
