Předmětem plnění této veřejné zakázky je dovybavení plavební komory Štěchovice o plnohodnotné čekací stání v dolní a horní vodě pro malá plavidla (dále jen „stavba“ nebo „dílo“). Stavba je určena pro zajištění možnosti krátkodobého vyvázání malých plavidel po dobu čekání na proplavení plavební komorou. Stavba by měla zajišťovat bezpečnost a komfort posádek plavidel při proplavování plavební komorou. Součástí této veřejné zakázky je i provedení PS 01 Osvětlení a komunikační zařízení. Stavba bude vedena v režimu BIM - Aspe HUB. Realizace výše uvedeného díla bude provedena dle příslušné projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby.
