Předmětem veřejné zakázky je zhotovení stavby „Obnova S-centra Hodonín, p.o.“ spočívající v provedení rekonstrukce a modernizace stavby, v použití metody BIM včetně zhotovení digitálního modelu stavby a zajištění společného datového prostředí (CDE), zastupování zadavatele v řízení o užívání stavby a zajištění vydání kolaudačního souhlasu s užíváním stavby a případné zajištění povolení změny stavby před jejím dokončením a zastupování zadavatele v řízení o změně stavby před jejím dokončením.
