Předmětem plnění je provedení stavby Novostavba budovy školy SŠŽ Sokolov na p. p. č. 386/1, k. ú. Sokolov, která řeší novostavbu budovy Střední školy živnostenské Sokolov, příspěvková organizace (dále jen „SŠŽ Sokolov“). Vlastní stavba je členěna v několika stavebních objektech (dále jen „SO“) jejichž bližší popis je uveden v projektové dokumentaci. Jedná se o realizaci objektu vybaveného odpovídající infrastrukturou a k němu všechny další stavební a inženýrské objekty, provozní soubory k zajištění provozu školy SŠŽ Sokolov, dále pak i zpracování dokumentace skutečného provedení stavby (DSPS) s využitím metody BIM a zajištění certifikace SBToolCZ stavby školy (min. bronzového certifikátu).
