Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je a) novostavba jednopodlažního pavilonu následné péče Léčebny dlouhodobě nemocných (dále jen „Pavilon“) s kapacitou 15 dvoulůžkových pokojů v areálu nemocnice ve Valašském Meziříčí s přípravou pro případný suterén v jižní části objektu, b) související stavby - rozšíření stávajícího parkoviště, opěrné stěny a terénní úpravy, zpevněné plochy, nové rozvody areálové dešťové kanalizace a její úprava, úprava areálových rozvodů (přípojka splaškové kanalizace a přeložka areálového vodovodu), vegetační úpravy, odstranění původního a realizace nového oplocení, realizace nového veřejného a areálového osvětlení a odstranění bývalé přečerpávací stanice (dále jen „Související stavby“), c) stavební úpravy spočívající v propojení Pavilonu s pavilonem D. Veškeré stavební práce musí být vykonávány se zohledněním specifičnosti nemocničního prostředí a s ohledem na to, aby tyto stavební práce nijak nenarušovaly chod nemocnice a péči o pacienty. Stavební objekty jsou navrženy na pozemcích par. č. 1110/1, 1110/2, 1111/1, 1111/18 a 2843 v katastrálním území Valašské Meziříčí-město, přičemž k pozemku parc. č. 1111/18 má zadavatel zřízeno právo stavby od města Valašského Meziříčí. Podrobné vymezení předmětu veřejné zakázky, včetně technických podmínek v podrobnostech nezbytných pro zpracování nabídky, je uvedeno v závazném návrhu smlouvy a jeho přílohách - příloze č. 1ZD.
