Dokumentace pro provádění stavby (dále také „DPS“) včetně soupisu prací, dodávek a služeb s výkazem výměr (dále také „výkaz výměr“) byla zpracována generálním projektantem „DIK + Multiaqua“, Dopravně inženýrská kancelář, s. r.o., Bozděchova 1668, 500 02 Hradec Králové, IČ 27466868, DIČ CZ27466868. Zadávací dokumentace (dále také „ZD“) je zpřístupněna neomezeným dálkovým přístupem prostřednictvím Národního elektronického nástroje NEN (dále také „NEN“) na profilu zadavatele: https://nen.nipez.cz/verejne-zakazky/detail-zakazky/N006-26-V00009423. „Smlouvou“ se pro účely ZD rozumí Smlouva o dílo, uzavřena dle § 2586 a násl. zákona č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník, ve znění pozdějších předpisů (dále jen “OZ“), jejíž Návrh je nedílnou součástí ZD. „DPS“ se pro účely ZD rozumí dokumentace pro provádění stavby ve smyslu vyhl. č. 131/2024 Sb., o dokumentaci staveb.
