Předmětem veřejné zakázky je provedení kompletní rekonstrukce aktuálně zřídka využívaného objektu Městského kulturního zařízení ve městě Uničově. Předmětem veřejné zakázky jsou stavební úpravy stávajícího nádvoří a zadního přístupu do objektu městského kulturního zařízení. Nově budou předlážděny veškeré zpevněné plochy, včetně podkladních souvrství, instalován nový pevný mobiliář. Na nádvoří budou realizovány dvě novostavby drobných objektů. Jedná se o vstupní objekt s pokladnou a sklady, dále objekt šaten náležící mobilnímu pódiu. Bude demolováno stávající oplocení a vybudováno nové.
