Předmětem plnění je výstavba nového Územního odboru Cheb, výstavba podléhá podmínkám dotačního programu IROP. Veškerá dotčená území, na kterých bude probíhat výstavba jsou určena v projektové dokumentaci vč. par. čísel, výstavba se nachází v k.ú. Cheb (650919). Součástí předmětu veřejné zakázky je také odstranění 3 stávajících objektů Krajského ředitelství policie Karlovarského kraje, za účelem přípravy území pro výstavbu nového objektu ÚO Cheb. Dle výzvy k podání nabídek a zadávací dokumentace vč. všech příloh, projektových dokumentací a položkových rozpočtu.
