Předmětem veřejné zakázky a stavebního záměru je: • 1) zlepšení energetického standardu objektů v areálu (zateplení stěn a střech, úprava mikroklimatu vybraných prostor); • 2) úpravy spojené se zajištěním bezbariérového užívání objektu a areálu (zajištění nezbytného přístupu a umístění vyhrazených parkovacích stání); • 3) funkční rozšíření a zkvalitnění provozní náplně (přístavba šaten, vestavba fitness, rekonstrukce střechy tělocvičen); Členění souboru staveb na objekty a technická a technologická zařízení: • SO.01 - Objekt školních pavilonů • SO.02 - Fitness • SO.03 - Tělocvičny • IO.01 - Vsaky a areálová dešťová kanalizace • IO.02 - Areálové přípojky NN Koncepci stavebně technického a technologického řešení obsahuje po skupinách objektů nebo jednotlivých objektech popis uvedený v zadávací dokumentaci a podrobně pak projektová dokumentace DPS, která je přílohou zadávací dokumentace.
