Na jednotlivé etapy demolice navazuje novostavba budovy WA (nové ředitelství), která bude realizována ve dvou etapách. Výsledkem celé akce bude novostavba budovy ředitelství WA. Vše bude realizováno v uzavřeném areálu Fakultní nemocnici Olomouc
