Description

ředmětem veřejné zakázky je realizace komplexních rekonstrukčních stavebních úprav včetně výstavby dvou nových přístaveb ke stávajícím budovám H1 a H2 v areálu Fakultní nemocnice v Olomouci. Stavební úpravy a přístavba stávající šestipodlažní budovy H1 budou realizovány ve všech nadzemních podlažích a v návaznosti na novou přístavbu bude provedena i dílčí nástavba na stávající střeše. Uvnitř budovy dojde k navýšení lůžkových kapacit a ke zlepšení standardu poskytované zdravotní péče díky novému stavebnímu a provoznímu řešení. Stejně jako nyní zde budou i nadále umístěny lůžkové jednotky onkologické kliniky a kliniky plicních nemocí a tuberkulózy (KPNT). Přístavbou ke stávající pětipodlažní budově H2 bude v 1.NP rozšířen stávající provoz ozařoven a CT simulátoru s magnetickou rezonancí v gesci onkologické kliniky, ve 2.NP pak vznikne nová lůžková jednotka komplexní podpůrné péče, rovněž onkologické kliniky a ve 3. NP je navržena nová jednotka intenzivní péče (JIP) plicní kliniky. Stávající provozy ozařoven a brachyterapie resp. bronchologie budou po dobu výstavby v maximální možné míře zachovány. Ve 2.NP stávající části budovy H2 budou nově umístěny šatny, ve 3.NP vyšetřovna RTG, ve 4.NP ambulance a stacionář KPNT a v 5.NP pracoviště lékařské fyziky (LFRO), ambulance bolesti a stacionář KARIM. Podrobnější specifikace předmětu plnění je obsahem jednotlivých částí ZD (zejména přílohy č. 3 - výkazy výměr a přílohy č. 4 - PD)
