Předmětem této veřejné zakázky je realizace novostavby denního stacionáře včetně všech souvisejících stavebních objektů, technologií, napojení na inženýrské sítě, venkovní úpravy, komunikace a sadové úpravy. Jedná se o novostavbu denního stacionáře se sociální a školní funkcí, určené pro osoby s těžkým kombinovaným postižením, mentálním postižením a autismem. Provoz je plánován v denní době 7:00-16:00 hodin. Kapacita stacionáře je 36 klientů a 34 zaměstnanců. Dopravně je objekt napojen na stávající komunikaci v obytné zóně. Je navrženo 20 příčných parkovacích stání před objektem.
