Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky jsou stavební práce spočívající v úpravě pozemních komunikací a trolejbusové dráhy s cílem vybudování přestupního terminálu pro propojení veřejné hromadné dopravy, městské hromadné dopravy a železniční dopravy (samostatná investice SŽ) vč. vybudování odpovídajícího zázemí (mobiliář, informace, parkoviště P+R), a to v rámci stavby s názvem „Centrální dopravní terminál Jihlava, I. etapa“. Předmět plnění veřejné zakázky je blíže specifikován v obchodních a platebních podmínkách (příloha dokumentace zadávacího řízení), projektové dokumentaci (viz Technická specifikace - příloha dokumentace zadávacího řízení) a soupisu stavebních prací, dodávek a služeb s výkazem výměr (viz Technická specifikace - příloha dokumentace zadávacího řízení).
