Předmět veřejné zakázky na služby je obstarání záležitostí zadavatele (příkazce) spočívající ve: a) výkonu funkce technického dozoru stavebníka při provádění stavby, realizaci dodávky interiéru a gastro technologie a koordinátora bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci na staveništi při provádění stavby „Revitalizace Velkého kina ve Zlíně“ (dále jen „TDS - Kino“). b) provádění kontroly plnění podmínek a požadavků zadavatele (příkazce) na parkovací dům dle koncesní smlouvy (dále jen „TDS - Parkovací dům“). Stavba Revitalizace Velkého kina ve Zlíně - parkovací dům dle koncese bude zahrnovat výstavbu podzemního parkovacího domu v místě stavby s kapacitou 260 až 460 parkovacích. Součástí stavby budou rovněž veškeré potřebné přeložky inženýrských sítí, nové inženýrské sítě, zpevněné plochy a potřebné technologie a jiné stavební objekty nebo inženýrské objekty a provozní soubory potřebné pro výstavbu a provozování parkovacího domu (dále též „stavba“). Investor akce bude subjekt vybraný samostatným výběrových řízením - není předmětem této veřejné zakázky. Investorem této bude externí subjekt (jiná právnická nebo fyzická osoba), který za dohodnutých podmínek dle koncesní smlouvy (dále též „koncese“) zpravuje potřebné projektové dokumentace a zabezpečí potřebné povolení pro výstavbu parkovacího domu v předpokládaném místě stavby (dále též „investor“). Dále investor akce provede výstavbu a bude provozovat parkovací dům dle koncese.
