Description

Na základě Rámcové dohody bude zadavatel jejím účastníkům zadávat jednotlivé dílčí zakázky na služby spočívající v provádění stavebního dozoru, včetně výkonu koordinátora BOZP a včetně související technické pomoci a dle aktuálních potřeb zadavatele na stavbách pozemních komunikací s předpokládanou hodnotou stavebních nákladů přesahující 1 mld. Kč bez DPH. Předmětem zakázky je zajištění činností Týmu Správce stavby (dále jen „TDS“), odpovědného za kontrolu plnění Smlouvy, která je tvořena mimo jiné Smluvními podmínkami pro výstavbu pozemních staveb projektovaných objednatelem ve znění Obecných a zvláštních podmínek (červená kniha FIDIC). TDS vykonává svou činnost mimo jiné v souladu s Metodickým pokynem pro tým Správce stavby. Cílem služby je zajištění hladkého průběhu stavby, spočívajícího zejména ve vydání nutných pokynů Zhotoviteli, dozorování kvality, nákladů a rychlosti postupu výstavby, vedení evidence Claimů mezi Objednatelem a Zhotovitelem a vedení smluvní korespondence a dokumentace realizačního týmu.
