Předmětem veřejné zakázky je závazek dodavatele zajistit převoz prázdných souprav železničních nákladních vozů z předávacího kolejiště dodavatele v železniční stanici Nové Sedlo, jejich přistavení k nakládce dřeva na nakládacím místě na vlečce „SU-T Vřesová, nakládací místo dopravna D10“ a převoz naložených souprav železničních nákladních vozů na předávací kolejiště dodavatele v železniční stanici Nové Sedlo. VZ může být plněna pouze dodavatelem SUAS Transportation Service s.r.o., se sídlem Staré náměstí 69, 356 01 Sokolov, IČO 097 82 737, který je provozovatelem železniční dráhy - vlečky „SU-T Vřesová, nakládací místo dopravna D10“ na základě úředního povolení k provozování dráhy vydaného Drážním úřadem (evidenční číslo ÚP/2021/5497). Předmětná vlečka je ve vlastnictví skupiny Sokolovská uhelná.
