Description

Veřejná zakázka je v souladu s §101 ZZVZ rozdělena na dvě části s dílčími názvy: 1) Těžba a soustřeďování dříví 2) Pěstební práce V souladu s § 101 odst. 2 ZVZ zadavatel uvádí, že účastníci jsou oprávněni podat své nabídky na jednu (jakoukoliv) část veřejné zakázky nebo na obě části veřejné zakázky - dle svého uvážení. - těžba dříví harvestorem a přiblížení forwarderem, těžba dříví JMP + trakční naviják + harvestor - minimální vytěžené množství bude celkem 800 m3, maximální vytěžené množství bude celkem 4000 m3 - těžba dříví JMP + koňský potah+ traktorová vyvážečka, JMP + traktorová vyvážečka, JMP + traktor(trakční naviják) + traktorová vyvážečka, JMP + UKT - minimální vytěžené množství bude celkem 500 m3, maximální vytěžené množství bude celkem 2000 m3 - vše bude prováděno na základě objednávek zadavatele - dle Přílohy ZD č.2 Krycího listu nabídky, kde je uveden předpoklad rozdělení těženého porostu dle hmotnatosti a záleží na množství poškození biotickým a abiotickým škodlivým činitelem v dané skupině a který bude tvořit přílohu č.1 smlouvy o dílo.; - příprava ploch před zalesněním mechanická, sadba odrostků a poloodrostků, sadba sazenic, úklid klestu, stavba oplocenek, rozebírání a likvidace oplocenek, údržba a opravy oplocenek, nátěr nebo postřik kultur repelent, výřez plevelných dřevin, ochrana MLP proti hmyzím škůdcům, asanace kůr. dříví - chemická, výchovné zásahy prořezávky a prostřihávky, ožívání ručně+ mechanicky, ošlapávání kultur, chemická ochrana v pruzích či celoplošně a dodávky sadebního materiálu - požadavky zadavatele na předmět plnění budou tvořit přílohu č.2 smlouvy o dílo - vše bude prováděno na základě objednávek zadavatele - dle Přílohy ZD č.2 Krycího listu nabídky, kde je uvedeno předpokládané množství požadovaných prací a dodávek a který bude tvořit přílohu č.1 smlouvy o dílo.
