Description

Jedná se o nadlimitní veřejnou zakázku na služby zadávanou v rámci Kategorie II. BOZP pozemní stavby dynamického nákupního systému v souladu s § 141 zákona. Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je provedení činnosti koordinátora bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci při provádění stavební akce „BOZP - Oprava fasády energocentra budovy ABC Krajského úřadu Libereckého kraje“ což zahrnuje činnosti dle zákona č. 309/2006 Sb., o zajištění dalších podmínek bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci, v platném znění, a činnosti dle čl. II závazného návrhu Smlouvy o poskytnutí činnosti koordinátora bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci (Specifikace závazku příkazníka), za předpokladu, že bude akce realizována. Předmětem plnění veřejných zakázek zadávaných v DNS bude zajištění činnosti koordinátora bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci dle zákona č. 309/2006 Sb., o zajištění dalších podmínek bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci v platném znění a v souladu se zadávacími podmínkami jednotlivých výzev k podání nabídek v DNS dle § 141 zákona. Zadavatel předpokládá, že bude zadávat veřejné zakázky v DNS podle aktuálních potřeb centrálního zadavatele a pověřujících zadavatelů, tj. v předem neurčených a nepravidelných intervalech.
