Předmětem této veřejné zakázky je provedení činností dle projektové dokumentace s názvem „Sanace DS PHM Bartošovice společnosti UNIPETROL RPA, s.r.o. - ohnisko vně DS PHM“, zpracované v červenci 2021 (revize listopad 2023) společností EUROGAS a.s., Sirotčí1145/7, 703 00 Ostrava, která je přílohou č. 3 ZD. Předmětem plnění je splnění sanačních limitů daných Rozhodnutím o uložení opatření k nápravě závadného stavu MěÚ Nový Jičín, odbor životního prostředí, zn. 116563/2006-Ko ze dne 13. 8. 2007, které je přílohou č. 5 ZD. K dosažení cíle sanačních prací budou postupně realizovány tyto práce: • legislativní příprava sanačních prací, • zajištění staveniště a přípravné práce, • bourací práce, • přeložení inženýrských sítí, • sanace kontaminovaných zemin odtěžbou • sanace kontaminovaných zemin - remediace in-situ, • sanace saturované zóny a podzemních vod, • sanační monitoring, • hygienický monitoring, • postsanační monitoring.
