Description

Vybraný dodavatel zajistí provoz sběrného dvora a jeho obsluhu, která bude ve stanovené době zajišťovat činnost ve sběrném dvoru. Provozovatel sběrného dvora rovněž zajistí odvoz a následnou likvidaci odpadu v souladu se zákonem č. 541/2020 Sb., zákon o odpadech. Provozovatel musí mít veškerá povolení nutná k provozu sběrného dvora. Provozovatel bude povinen převzít od zadavatele, resp. občanů veškeré odpady uvedené v exc. Tabulce druhů odpadů (viz Příloha č. 1 návrhu SOD). Předpokládané množství jednotlivých druhů odpadů tvoří přílohu návrhu textu Smlouvy, kterou zadavatel předkládá jako součást této zadávací dokumentace. Uzavření Smlouvy zadavatel požaduje na dobu určitou a to od 1. 1. 2026 do 31. 12. 2029, tj. na dobu 48 měsíců. Podmínkou pro uzavření smlouvy je řádné ukončení zadávacího řízení.
