Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je v souladu se zákonem č. 128/2000 Sb., o obcích, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, a zákonem č. 194/2010 Sb., o veřejných službách v přepravě cestujících a o změně dalších zákonů, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, zajištění výkonu veřejných služeb v přepravě cestujících veřejnou linkovou dopravou za účelem zajištění dopravní obslužnosti zejména na území Města Písek, případně jeho příměstských oblastí, na období 10 let s předpokládaným počátkem od 1. 7. 2027. Předmět plnění veřejné zakázky je blíže specifikován v závazném návrhu smlouvy (příloha č. 2 zadávací dokumentace). Více viz ZD.
