Předmětem této veřejné zakázky je zajištění správy a údržby veřejné zeleně na vymezených plochách v katastrálních územích města Chebu dle specifikace uvedené v příloze rámcové dohody (specifikace služby + ceník prací) a příloze č. 1 (návrh rámcové dohody) této zadávací dokumentace a v požadovaných termínech. Předmět plnění představuje především: sekání trávy, sekání krajnic, jarní a podzimní vyhrabání listí, stříhání živých plotů, likvidaci nežádoucích rostlin, kácení dřevin, odstraňování pařezů a přeprava všech vzniklých odpadů do určeného zařízení pro převzetí odpadů a další pomocné práce tak, aby byl zabezpečen kulturní vzhled udržovaných ploch a zeleň neohrožovala bezpečnost a zdraví občanů. Poskytovaná služba se týká veřejné zeleně, kterou tvoří rostliny nacházející se na veřejně přístupných plochách ve správě či majetku města Cheb s výjimkou ploch městských lesů. Dále je součástí plnění veškerá doprava a předání vzniklého odpadu do stanoveného místa - Skládka Chocovice s.r.o. Chocovice 20, 351 34 Třebeň-Skalná; případně areál společnosti CHETES s.r.o. Pelhřimovská 2268/1, 35002 Cheb. Náklady spojené s likvidací odpadu jdou v celém rozsahu k tíži zadavatele. Dodavatel zajišťuje na své náklady přepravu a předání odpadu.
