Description

Univerzita Karlova má v úmyslu uzavřít smlouvu na zajištění hromadného informačního a svolávacího systému Univerzity Karlovy (dále i jen “HSIS”). Cílem je HSIS který umožní včasné, spolehlivé, auditovatelné a cílené informování studujících, akademických pracovníků a zaměstnanců UK při mimořádných událostech, zejména událostech s ohrožením života, zdraví nebo majetku. K dosažení uvedeného cíle zadavatel požaduje řešení s vysokou provozní dostupností a odolností, které umožní rychlé odeslání sdělení, a to formou více komunikačních kanálů a cílení na různé skupiny (např. studující, zaměstnanci, vedení fakult apod.) Cíle bude dosahováno i zajištěním: kvalitních provozních a podpůrných služeb (např. uživatelská podpora (Helpdesk, Hotline)), možností dodání nouzových tlačítek pro hromadné vyrozumění, rozvojem dodávaného řešení - např. integrací do mobilní aplikace UK. apod. tak, aby systém dlouhodobě plnil svou roli kritické komunikační infrastruktury UK.
