Description

Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je rezervace a koupě leteckých přepravních dokumentů (letenek) a komplexní poskytování s tím souvisejících služeb, zejm. zajištění místa k sezení a jeho případné změny, změny rezervace letenky, změny a zrušení již vystavené letenky, zakoupení přepravy zavazadel, reklamace či vymáhání nákladů vzniklých v důsledku zpoždění ze strany dopravce. Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je dále zajištění ubytování v zahraničí a souvisejících služeb poskytovaných ubytovacím zařízením. Předmět plnění veřejné zakázky je pro účely zabezpečení zahraničních pracovních a služebních cest školitelů a účastníků projektu Realizace konzulárního školicího modulu II. CZ.14.01.02/00/25_012/0000015 (dále “Projekt”). Předmět plnění veřejné zakázky bude detailně specifikován v závazném návrhu rámcové dohody a jeho přílohách, který tvoří Přílohu č. 2 této zadávací dokumentace - závazný návrh rámcové dohody. Záměrem zadavatele je uzavření rámcové dohody s jedním dodavatelem.
