Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je provedení stavebních úprav hlediště Divadla Pod Palmovkou v Praze 8, Zenklova ulice 566/34. Jedná se o stavební práce uvnitř stávající budovy divadla, jejichž cílem je zlepšení viditelnosti a komfortu hlediště. Úpravy zahrnují zejména demontáž stávajících konstrukcí elevace, realizaci nové ocelové konstrukce s novou podlahou a povrchovou úpravou, výměnu sedadel v četně čalounění a číslování, repasi a doplnění zábradlí, úpravu balkonové části s vytvořením místa pro techniky, nové podlahové krytiny a související drobné stavební práce. Práce budou prováděny výhradně v interiéru objektu divadla bez zásahu do venkovního prostoru a nevyžadují změnu účelu užívání stavby. Bližší specifikace je uvedena v jednotlivých přílohách.
