Předmětem veřejné zakázky jsou průběžné dodávky léčivých přípravků s obsahem účinné látky Obinutuzumab o síle 1000MG v injekční lahvičce o obsahu 40ML (dále jen „léčivé přípravky“ nebo také „zboží“). Specifikace požadovaného léčivého přípravku je uvedena v ZD a ve formuláři cenové nabídky, který je přílohou č. 2 této ZD. Průběžné dodávky léčivých přípravků budou uskutečňovány na základě dílčích objednávek vystavovaných dle aktuálních potřeb zadavatele po dobu dvou let ode dne nabytí účinnosti Kupní smlouvy.
