Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je zajištění odborných služeb spojených s přípravou 6 projektových dokumentací modernizace nemocnic na Ukrajině a výkonu zadavatelských činností včetně administrace veřejných zakázek zadavatele. strana 6 (celkem 21) Konkrétně se jedná o tyto činnosti: 1. Příprava projektových dokumentací - Dodavatel připraví projektové dokumentace pro modernizaci 6 ukrajinských nemocnic na základě podkladů poskytnutých zadavatelem. Projektové dokumentace budou zpracovány v anglickém jazyce a budou vycházet ze struktury projektových námětů zpracovaných nemocnicemi. Dodavatel rovněž vypořádá a zapracuje připomínky zadavatele a delegace EU v Kyjevě (DEU) k projektovým dokumentacím. 2. Poskytování odborných služeb administrace projektů. 3. Komplexní příprava, organizační zajištění a administrace zadávacích řízení při zadání veřejných zakázek v prostředí České republiky případně i Ukrajiny. Předpokládá se 8 zadávacích řízení v režimu ZZVZ a 6 zadávacích řízení v režimu ukrajinského zákona o zadávaní veřejných zakázek přímo pro ukrajinské nemocnice.
