Předmětem zakázky je uzavření úplatné smlouvy mezi zadavateli a dodavatelem, z níž vyplývá povinnost dodavatele poskytnout 78 ks mechanických jízdních kol a 20 ks elektrických jízdních kol ke sdílení / půjčování uživatelům na území města Žďár nad Sázavou a obce Polnička, a to v provozu v každém okamžiku, včetně provozování systému veřejného sdílení jízdních kol a provozování aplikace podporující provoz systému sdílení/půjčování kol. Všechna provozovaná jízdní kola budou splňovat podmínky pro provoz na pozemních komunikacích a veškeré povinné technické parametry dle příslušných právních předpisů.
