Předmětem veřejné zakázky je dodávka technologického vybavení školní jídelny a kuchyně včetně souvisejícího gastro zařízení, určeného pro zajištění přípravy, výdeje a manipulace s pokrmy, tedy instalace a uvedení do provozu technologického vybavení školní kuchyně a souvisejících gastro provozů v objektu Gymnázia a Střední odborné školy, Rokycany. Zakázka zahrnuje zejména dodávku varných technologií, chladicích a mrazicích boxů, mycích center, zařízení pro přípravu a výdej pokrmů, nerezového nábytku, systémů monitoringu a řízení energetického maxima a dalších souvisejících zařízení. Součástí plnění je doprava, montáž, zapojení, zprovoznění, zaškolení obsluhy a předání požadované dokumentace. Jedná se o samostatnou část veřejné zakázky v rámci projektu Modernizace školní kuchyně Gymnázia a SoŠ Rokycany. Veřejná zakázka je financována z operačního programu životního prostředí, č. projektu CZ.05.01.01/02/24_064/0004291.
