Description

Předmětem plnění této veřejné zakázky je sjednání rámcové dohody obsahující smluvní podmínky pro plnění jednotlivých dílčích zakázek na nákup letenek a zajištění souvisejících služeb. Rámcová dohoda (dále označena též jako „Smlouva“) bude uzavřena s jedním dodavatelem. Veřejné zakázky, resp. dílčí/prováděcí smlouvy budou na základě Smlouvy zadávány dle podmínek stanovených ve Smlouvě. Zadavatel bude na základě Smlouvy, způsobem tam uvedeným, objednávat plnění vždy v čase a v rozsahu dle své aktuální potřeby. Zadavatel není povinen plnění ze Smlouvy čerpat. Přesné vymezení Předmětu veřejné zakázky a ostatní požadavky na jeho provedení včetně informací, podmínek, specifikací a ostatních údajů jsou detailně specifikovány v příloze č. 1 zadávací dokumentace Bližší podmínky jsou dále uvedeny v zadávací dokumentaci (z důvodu rozsahu zde nejsou uvedeny všechny informace).
