Předmětem veřejné zakázky je ověřování účetních závěrek Zadavatele a další služby auditora v souladu s příslušnými právními předpisy, zejména zákonem č. 563/1991 Sb., o účetnictví, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, zákonem č. 93/2009 Sb., o auditorech a o změně některých zákonů, ve znění pozdějších předpisů a Nařízením Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) č. 537/2014 o specifických požadavcích na povinný audit subjektů veřejného zájmu a o zrušení rozhodnutí Komise 2005/909/ES; s mezinárodními auditorskými standardy a souvisejícími aplikačními doložkami a interními normami Komory auditorů ČR, a to dle konkrétních potřeb Zadavatele.
