Předmětem veřejné zakázky je poskytování služeb, které zahrnují komplexní zajištění převzetí, správy, údržby, podpory, provozního zajištění a dalšího rozvoje informačních systémů Kanceláře AV ČR (KIS), včetně souvisejících analytických, konzultačních, vývojových, testovacích, implementačních, bezpečnostních, dokumentačních a koordinačních činností. Dále zajištění kontinuity provozu KIS, řešení incidentů a požadavků zadavatele, provádění nezbytných změn a optimalizací, zajištění provozní a bezpečnostní stability systému, správa technologických závislostí, release/change management, databázové migrace, aktualizace provozní dokumentace a součinnost při převzetí a případném ukončení poskytování služeb (exit).
